heatingactive and tapwateractive not correct

With updating from 3.6.5 to 3.7.1 and now 3.7.2 there is change in behaviour of data, have found 2 so far:

• heatingactive does not show every statuschange, some of the transitions are not visible in the web interface, some transitions are.
• tapwateractive does not show any statuschange any more and is constantly "Off".

Have validated that with comparing to hpactivity and with running a second ems-esp device in parallel with 3.6.5.
