The file was renamed to src/lib/libcore.js

(Doing git log -- src/library.js could have told you that).

FWIW, I came across this because it's linked at https://emscripten.org/docs/porting/connecting_cpp_and_javascript/Interacting-with-code.html#implement-c-in-javascript (presumably that's also where "racist ChatGPT" found it) and I didn't have the emscripten sources checked out. Might be worth changing in the docs.
