DSiWare naming correction for 1G1R support #1925

igir copy extract ....
Describe the bug
NoIntro sets the DSiWare roms names to values like "00000" and "00001". This ends up breaking "extract" mode output with duplicate name errors. Are there any options to correct the names back to "GAME.nds" format within IGIR?
