Critical Nitrogen Dilution Curve dataset

This repository contains the R code used to collect data in the paper titled "A global dataset to parametrize critical nitrogen dilution curves for major crop species" published in Nature. This study conduct a systematic review of the experimental data collected to parametrize critical N dilution curves.

The repository includes the code of:

1. Data collection (Searching papers, remove duplicates, filter by title and abstract, extract figure information);
2. Figures (Sankey; Map; Dilution Curve per crop)
