ember-router-scroll doc section is out-of-date?

3. Better scrolling. You may want to install Ember Router Scroll to enable "scroll to top with preserved browser history scroll position".

But it seems ember-router-scroll is already included as a direct dependency of this addon. And when tested with ember-table in Addepar/ember-table#579, it turned out that installing it was unnecessary.

Maybe the docs just need to be updated to reflect that it is already installed and potentially just needs to be configured?
