This PR upgrades ember-cli to
3.6.0, which also removes (tested) support forember-lts-2.12in anticipation of #175.All other deps are updated to the most recent version as well.
It also replaces the integrated
ember-cli-eslintandember-cli-template-lintwith their standalone counterparts in accordance with ember-cli/rfcs#121.btw, I can wholeheartedly recommend enabling Dependabot 🤖 for automated dependency upgrades.
