Quiver app gets behind the Dock

There is a small problem with the app Quiver:

1. Open Quiver
2. Double tap cmd
3. Double tap the arrow down key

The window has now the right size but not the right position: it is behind the Dock. This happens only with Quiver, not with Safari, Mail, Atom, ...

This doesn't happen if you press the arrow down key just once.
