App doesn't work after manually moving a window

Hoverboard doesn't work anymore if you have moved a window manually:

1. Open any app (Finder, Safari, Mail, ...)
2. Double tap cmd and press an arrow key, the window moves correctly
3. Move the window around manually
4. Double tap cmd => The hoverboard overlay is missing

It works correctly, if you click inside the active window (anywhere except the title bar) after step 3.
