Description
- Implement a floating/dockable Chat Sidebar component in Elsa Studio (Blazor).
- Build the streaming UI handler to display real-time "typing" or partial responses from the Elsa Server.
- Implement message history persistence (ephemeral/session-based) for the current chat window.
