feat: update elk icons

This PR includes:

• replace elk full body icons with header ones: public (brown) and public-dev (blue)
• added elk body svg (brown) to root and use local link in readme
• updated pwa icons and apple touch icon
• update favicon on app.head on nuxt config: favicon.svg files removed, using logo.svg
• update spacing on sign-in and nav title components: added gap-x-2 and align items end (elk head is aligned with the text and elk antlers as sup)
• renamed logo.svg on root to elk.svg: seems nuxt using it and we want use logo.svg on public folder from app.

Request from @patak-dev to prepare Elk beta.

I need to test icons on mobile.
