Show details on hover for mentions and tags in statuses

In bird-site there are shown some details for a mention when hovering over it.

Would be cool to have this in Elk, but not only for mention, also for tags. Tags could show some details like history and if you follow it already or not. (example: GET /api/v1/tags/rust)

Tags are much more important on mastodon as on bird-site as they can be used to follow more content.

FYI, hover on mention is implemented. Not sure what kind of info should be displayed for hashtags.

One thing for desktop that can help for hashtags is to un/follow the hashtag
Another thing could be stats like how often it was used in last week
mas.to shows these data also when posting
