After this PR, every new tag in form of
broadcaster-vXwhereXcan be anything (e.g.0.1.0,0.1.0-dev,0.1.0-fed854, etc.) will create and push a new bradcaster docker image, deploy it and run headless client that will stream fake audio and video.Deployed version is available under https://broadcaster.elixir-webrtc.org
