No use in keeping track of partial uploads for a production environment. This just adds clutter and performance overhead.
Making them a lot more readable
Making it a bit more clear how we got to those numbers
To make each part even more readable.
So we only have to define it once and it make it less of a magical number.

Did some cleanup, updated all the dependencies and added blob single file sas support
