Update to support ReSharper "Color Identifiers"

First, thanks for a GREAT color scheme.

I would love to have access to all ReSharper color features, if you enable color identifiers you'll see what I mean.
ReSharper Options: Code Inspection/Settings and enable Color identifiers. The color scheme gets all messed up because of missing ReSharper tags that then use the default (that are optimized for white background).
