Makes sense to me. I'm not sure why we wouldn't want this on the lock screen. It seems to work as expected there

Crash introduced in #338 causes wingpanel to not appear in greeter.
Only removed the
is_in_sessioncheck so airplane toggle also shows up in greeter.
