Scales with value or marks are not centered #1262
Description
What Happened?
Scales that show value or have marks are no longer center aligned
Steps to Reproduce
- Have a scale somewhere
- Set draw_value to true or add marks
- See that the alignment gets icky
Expected Behavior
We should set the size/margins of the scale such that it is always centered even when showing value or adding marks
