Show Percentage in Panel Toggle is large #285

What Happened?
After installation, the battery percentage is visible by default, but on the Power Settings page, the toggle appears switched off. When I enable the toggle, the button size becomes abnormally large.
Steps to Reproduce
Application > System Settings > Power
Expected Behavior
The battery percentage toggle should be enabled by default, since the battery percentage is visible immediately after installation. Additionally, the toggle button’s appearance should be consistent with the other toggles (for example, the “Automatically Adjust Brightness” toggle).
