What Happened
Developer docs for notifications are all built around GLib.Notification, but the HIG mentions/recommends LibNotify
Expected Behavior
This is probably just an old, outdated section. It should be updated to recommend GLib.Notification, or not mention libraries at all and point at the developer docs for implementation details
