Cursor Artifacts when using Nvidia Proprietary Driver

What Happened?

When using the Nvidia Proprietary Driver, visual artifacts can sometimes be seen when the cursor changes state, i.e when hovering a button.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install Gala on a system with the Nvidia Proprietary Drivers
2. run Gala (i.e in pantheon) as a display server (not nested)
3. Make the state of the cursor change.

Expected Behavior

The cursor should not show graphical artifacts.

I run with an Nvidia GTX 1060 6GB and the 580.142 drivers.

I do want to note, this is a known issue on other compositors, because the Nvidia driver does not properly support hw-accelerated cursor rendering properly; On wlroots and others it is usually recommended to simply disable hw-accelerated cursor rendering, perhaps Gala could do something similar if it detects the Nvidia driver being loaded.
