"Uninstall" and "View in AppCenter" context options are always disable

What Happened

The "Uninstall" and "View in AppCenter" options in the context menu of the Application menu are always disabled and clicking them do nothing. This happens for all apps. I have tried installing apps from AppCenter both for a single user "appcenter" and also system wide "appcenter(system-wide)", but the options are never enabled.

Expected Behavior

The "Uninstall" and "View in AppCenter" should be enabled and functional, at least in apps install through the AppCenter.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Application Menu
2. Right click any app

Running Elementary OS 6 with the latest updates.
Nvidia drivers.

Literally the same thing happened to me. I also have an Nvidia graphics card. Apps can be easily uninstalled right through the AppCenter, but not from the Application Menu. Uninstalling from terminal works too.

Were you guys able to fix this? I'm having the same issue here... Tried reinstalling app center several times
I have Intel graphics card if it helps, but I don't think the problem is associated with this

I was following #609 as this bug had affected me until a few months ago. I unfortunately don't remember how I solved it, I think I messed around with flatpak permissions and dbus.

The buttons for "uninstall" and "show in appcenter" are clickable again, but there's a weird side effect to whatever is going on: "Uninstall" doesn't seem to do anything.

No error messages either, it looks like it worked but the application is still installed and showing up in the menu and in appcenter. Clicking "View in Appcenter" yields a clue: It sends me to page for System-wide flatpaks and the applications are installed to the user.

This happens with both AppCenter and Flathub flatpaks.
