Unable to migrate account to another matrix server

Description

I don't know if this is the right repo for this, but when I want to migrate my matrix account to another homeserver on https://ems.element.io/tools/matrix-migration, I get the error message “Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘AutoDiscovery’)”

Steps to reproduce

• Go on https://ems.element.io/tools/matrix-migration
• Try to migrate the account on another homeserver

This is an issue with EMS, I've referred this bug to the correct team.

Just had the need to migrate an account and got the same message. Is there any hint whom to contact or what to do to report this to EMS?

Looks like the bug is still there. Tried putting in the usernames with and without "@".

Also experiencing this. I should mention that I also tried with and without an"@" like @theobtl .

Closing as this is unrelated to Synapse and is better tracked by this issue:

Thank you for the report. We are in progress of removing the tool from the EMS web portal. Back in time it was a useful tool to migrate accounts across instances but priorities for the team elsewhere have meant lack of updates, which means the tool has ended up accumulating bugs, and does not have support for the new authentication stack, for example. There may or may not be something similar offered via the EMS web portal in the future, but in the meanwhile the tool will be removed from the site.
