QR verification and inviting

WeChat has invitation by QR, and millions of Chinese are accustomed to that - and it is a very smooth process. It could do invitation and verification in a single step.

On a functional level the two should clearly be separate, but the user experience should be as smooth as possible, with as few steps as possible, I think.
