Joining communities often does not update the RightPanel membership (still)

I just joined +gnome:matrix.org; the RightPanel did not update to show my membership.

There are 403s in the logs from invited_group_users failing, which may or may not be a red herring.

This is fixed by Spaces landing in Beta in next Release
