Remove related community button shown to those who don't have permission #5634

This is in #riot, and I obviously don't have permission to modify this list. The X shouldn't be shown to me.
Trying to remove a group and save the room thankfully fails.
Steps to reproduce
- As a room owner, set up some related groups
- As a regular user, try to remove those groups
