Steps to reproduce

Send some voice messages or go to a room where "the timeline shows a lot of voice messages".

Outcome

What did you expect?

Displays the duration of each voice message.

What happened instead?

Since 1.12.0 (probably), the duration of voice messages on the timeline cannot be displayed normally, and all are replaced by 00:00. The latest developer also has this problem.

I seem to be able to reproduce this one on latest develop, steps:

1. Open a room and send a voice message.
2. Note that the voice message reads 00:00.
