Change icon and label of menu item for Start Chat on web/desktop #30458

Your use case
What would you like to do?
When clicking the Start Chat button above the Room List, the icon and label for "Start new chat" should be updated
Why would you like to do it?
The current icon is used elsewhere in a different context (add people / invite to a room or space). Ideally we use 1 icon for 1 type of interaction/thing.
How would you like to achieve it?
- Change the icon to Chat bubble
- Change the label to "Start chat"

@amshakal and I are reviewing the usage of all our icons and this is one obvious case where we should strive for uniqueness and consistency.
