Grey shield in Element X/Desktop/Web

Steps to reproduce

This also happens to everyone in our homeserver.

When we disconnect from the session and reconnect, after validated the session with the validation phrase, all messages exchanged in our encrypted rooms have the grey shield. Although we have all done the validation procedure between users, if we exit and re-enter, all previous messages have the grey shield. This happens in both element x, web, and desktop.

Confirming this is happenning to me too.

In desktop it is the shield and in EXA is it the i which says the authenticity of this message in this device cannot be guaranteed.
