Notifications keep beeping even though they're disabled

1. Disable Windows desktop notifications
2. Disable Element audible notifications

Not sound

On a related note: having a switch in the app settings is confusing anyhow as system settings disable notification sounds for the web app. Element should honor that to make Windows features like "do not disturb" work.

You're using the installed PWA which is no longer a supported environment https://github.com/element-hq/element-web#supported-environments - it was removed as part of df53ba6 so as per that policy this issue is to be closed.
