`TextualEvent` on search results panel lacks contrast

Steps to reproduce

1. Open #element-web-announcements:matrix.org
2. Search Element

Outcome

What do you expect?

There are several possibilities:

• a) display found TextualEvents in full opacity
• b) apply the same opacity to both contextual TextualEvent and found TextualEvent, not making this fully opaque
• c) hide TextualEvent on the search result panel altogether

If (a), TextualEvent about the topic change (center) should be fully opaque and have contrast.

What happened instead?

• Found TextualEvents are translucent, not fully opaque
• Contextual TextualEvents lacked contrast and it was hard to read.
