develop failed to load resource #23951

Steps to reproduce
Not sure, was using as normal. I did not have the threads panel open at the time.
Outcome
What did you expect?
App works
What happened instead?
Element froze, couldn't open console, browser asked if I wanted to force close the tab or wait. I selected wait, it eventually fixed itself.
