Replies in Rich Text editor don't allow my cursor into the box #23817

Steps to reproduce
- In a room
- Hover over a message and click Reply
Outcome
What did you expect?
I expected to be able to edit and send a reply
What happened instead?
The input box in the reply is disabled and contains no text. I can't click in it and I can't type my reply.
