RTL: Text items in a list are not aligned

Use a consistent alignment for all text items in a list. To ensure a comfortable reading and scanning experience, reverse the alignment of all items in a list, including items that are displayed in a different script.

1. Go to https://matrix.to/#/#edgarabic:matrix.org
2. Open the room panel
3. See the user list

Outcome

What did you expect?

• The items of the user list should be aligned to the left side of the panel.
• Only the user name should be displayed in RTL (Right to Left).

What happened instead?

They are not aligned.

Also, in the room list of the right panel, the room name is not aligned to the left side.
