Videos don't get a thumbnail preview when you upload them #21539

Steps to reproduce
- Upload a video
- Observe that the confirmation dialog doesn't include a thumbnail (unlike images, which get a thumbnail):
(whereas if it were an image, you'd see something like this:
- Accidentally post the wrong video
Outcome
What did you expect?
Given we successfully thumbnail videos when we send them, we should display the thumbnail in the confirmation dialog, as we do for images.
What happened instead?
No thumbnail results in risk of uploading wrong video to room and subsequent awkward conversations with HR.
