VoIP call tile states

We need to double-check that we have the following states for DM calls

1/ Missed call --> We have a specific icon for this both voice and video (the one with the arrow pointing out)

2/ No answer
3/ Call declined
--> for 2,3 we also have a specific icon for voice and video (the one with the cross)

See also #18405 for further missing call info. One option might be to just display it in a hoverover, as a quick fix, given it's secondary (but still useful) info?
