1:1 call overlay buttons get stuck on after entering/exiting PIP

If you PIP a 1:1 call (or expand back to non-PIP view) then the overlay buttons are shown permenantly until you next mouseover and mouseout

This actually has nothing to do with PiP, it's just that when the component mounts the hide timer doesn't start (or something similar happens)
