Notification on iOS (wrong numbers of notifiaction in the red bubble)

Steps to reproduce

I have the problem that every message that the Element Messenger receives shows a three in the notification bubble instead of a one. I have now tried all possible notification options both in the iOS app and directly in the browser, but all without success. Does anyone of you have an idea how I can solve the problem?

Does clearing you cache (Settings | Clear Cache) fix the issue for you? If it does, does it come back later?

But there is no notification vibration when I get a push notice.

Is that in 1:1/DM rooms or group rooms (the default for groups is to not be noisy for notifications - you can edit that in Element Web/Desktop - it might need a reboot of your phone afterwards to fully take effect though).

No change ... still no notification vibration on IOS. Also in 1.9.7

I have the same problem. I have encrypted 1:1 rooms and group rooms set to noisy via Element Client but there is still no notification vibration on iOS, even after a restart. :(
Unencrypted chats seem to work...

Has anyone found a solution for this? :)
