Signing up on iOS causes email notifications switched on

1. Register on matrix.org from ios
2. email notifications will be switched on so you'll receive an e-mail per message

There is no way to disable email notifications from ios

I have had a user report the same issue, and that there is no Enable email notifications toggle on the iOS app to disable them

Why is this a minor issue? This is very annoying for users; and I believe it can be easily fixed.
