No automatic scroll down when posting a new message #2040

When posting a message, the message appears in timeline but under the text composer. The timeline does not automatic scroll down as expected.
This is 100 % reproducible on iphone X.
It happens on smaller devices (iPhone 6) when the last message has read receipts and you scroll up the timeline by 10px. If you post a message, the timeline will not scroll (it would if the last had no RR).
