Set mininum window width for element-desktop

Description

When using element-desktop on linux, the window can be resized to have a width of 0px, making it nearly impossible to resize the window again.

Steps to reproduce

• Resize the window to have the smallest possible width
• The window will be very difficult to find

Expected behavior is that the window should have a minimum width where the UI is still usable (maybe 150px)

note that some operating systems now do this for us. Windows 11 I believe doesn't let you resize down to nothing.
