win32-ia32 builds cannot download the newest Electron #2023

I had Fiddle v39 win32-ia32 build installed (probably because I have installed win32-ia32 Fiddle years ago and then it was only upgraded).

I've started it today and tried to download Electron v44.6.0 and Fiddle kept opening error dialog something like "Cannot download v44.6.0". I had to quit the app. When I started ii again, then I saw just the menu File, Edit ... and no UI. In the DevTools Console, the error "Cannot download v44.6.0" wa repeating.

I deleted AppData\Roaming\Electron Fiddle\, started Fiddle and cannot download even v44.5.1. This time with no error dialog,just the download was ignored. I poke into the DevTools console again and saw Fiddle is trying to use URL https://github.com/electron/electron/releases/download/v44.5.1/electron-v44.5.1-win32-ia32.zip.

So, I've uninstalled ia32 Fiddle and installed win32-x64 version and it runs fine, now.
