chore: update snapshots due to transitive fixture dependency changed

Something weird happened in the fixture dependency tree. For instance, test yarn two package.json, this file was added to a dependency in the tree:

No code changes occurred on master that align with the snapshot failures, so just updating snapshots to get builds passing again
