Feature request: Meshtastic URL Encoder

Hey, nice work with the decoder. Its very usefull!

I was wondering if it would be possible to make also a Link Encoder, a tool where you can select the settings you want to include into your url in order to share config easily.

I'm planning to add settings editing and link encoding, but no exact date yet.
