Move Add Data flow from Uptime/Heartbeat to Agent
Placeholder that may need defining in more detail.
With the move towards Agent, the Add Data workflow in Uptime (that directs users to download/install/run Heartbeat), needs changing to be implemented via Agent/Fleet.
