[Observability Design] Background search UI / UX for observability apps #97872

@jasonrhodes

Description

@jasonrhodes

As teams in observability work toward implementing async search capabilities at the query level, we need to begin thinking through the UX for how to handle background search sessions across observability (and maybe across Kibana as a whole?).

There has been a lot of work done on this issue at the Kibana level, but we have more to do at our level to see how these components and UI elements can fit into our existing solution, how they interact with other Kibana plugins, etc.

UPDATE: This Whimisical diagram lays out a lot of the expected UI patterns for using these components.
