Get Rid of [Duplicate] from appending to all of the duplicate rules. I haven't figure out how to get rid of "[Duplicate]" in bulk, so I literally have go through each rule one by one. Like I think it would be better if a "duplicate" tag was created and added to the duplicate rules instead of adding [Duplicate]

If you look below, I need to make this change to 313 rules one by one, even if I figure out how to use the API to make this change, not everyone has the "know how" when it comes to using the API.
