[GS] add `tag:xxx` or `type:xxx` filter suggestion option

This issue is about implementing the tag:XXX and type:XXX suggestion option when the user types a term that matches a result type or tag name

Note:

• the suggestion will appear if the current search term is an exact match against a possible filter value
• we need a way to retrieve the list of result types to achieve that. This is currently not accessible from any GS apis.

@pgayvallet @ryankeairns this would be a great way to close out tags and the nav search integration for 7.11. Think it'd be possible to complete before FF?
