[Actions] Cleanup hidden action types

The case connector introduced at #80870 can be used, for the moment, only by the detection engine of Security Solution. For that reason, in the same PR, the case connector is being hidden from the Alerts and Insights section inside Stack management.

When the case connector is being available across Kibana then the logic should be removed.

We have disabled the case connector for Detections also. I am not sure if we gonna support it and when. @XavierM may know more about it.

These two issues seem to be blockers: #94498, and #94115
