[ILM] Question Marks are not allowed in the ILM Policy Name #81394

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Navigation Drawer > Stack Management > Index Lifecycle Policies
  2. Create a new Policy
  3. In the policy name, add a question mark.

Expected Behavior

You should not be able to put a question mark in the name. You should get an error stopping you from saving the policy.

Actual Behavior

The question mark saves in the name.

When you reopen the policy, the question mark is changed to a %3F thus also changing the name.
