[Alerting UI] Alerting flyout is still open when user navigate away to another app in Kibana - feature or bug?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the Management UI
2. Click Create Alert -> flyout is opened.
3. Click navigate menu and select Uptime app

Alert flyout is still opened, when Uptime application is loaded instead of Alerting Management.
It still working as expected and it is good.
So it is a bug or a feature? :)

i think app isn't properly unmounted at exit.
