[Metrics UI] Inventory UI has odd scrolling behavior when displaying lots of elements

Kibana version:7.9.1

Elasticsearch version: 7.9.1

Server OS version: macOS Catalina 10.15.6

Browser version: Chrome 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Describe the bug:

The Metrics > Inventory UI won't allow scrolling down to the bottom of the page.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Navigate to https://demo.elastic.co
2. Drill to Observability > Metrics > Inventory and adjust "Show: Kubernetes Pods" + "Group by: Node, Namespace"
3. Attempts to scroll down to the bottom won't work. (Both Map and Table views have similar problems).
